This week has been slow, yet productive. Most of the week has been a continuous effort from the standpoint of the bake sale. It has all been consistent preparation and keeping in mind everything I need to do. We had changed the date from the Wednesday before the party to Tuesday, and now back to Wednesday. So it has been a struggle and thankfully Justin has been more than helpful at making sure everything is in control.
After giving my presentation in class on Tuesday, most of my work has been trying to make sure I am in line with what I need to do to keep on top of the event. I have overviewed the different sign up sheets as well as started to think up different ideas for decorations based on the very small ($10?) budget I have. I am just anticipating what might go well or wrong with the event but am aware of everything I need to do.
Aside from that I have made sure to keep on top of the spontaneous assignments that come up via facebook and just tried to do my best to endure the long term storm/rain that was Joaquin. It is just a never-ending state of preparation!
